My baby girl started preschool today! I wanted to make her a crocheted apple with a worm finger puppet for her teacher and am so thrilled how it turned out! I made one a couple of years ago for a friend who taught 2nd grade with traditional colors: red apple and green worm, but this time I mixed it up. I just love Slimey, Oscar the Grouches, wormy friend so I used him as inspiration and came up with this.
